What happens next? Once we have received your online enquiry we will post a Letter of Authority for you to sign and return. We will use this letter to contact your current pension company, collecting all the information we need.
We will email to let you know when we have received your letter. It can normally take up to six weeks for the various pension companies to get back to us with your information, and once they do, you can expect to hear from us again to let you know we are ready to begin your pension analysis.
